1. What Perkadyx is

Perkadyx is a rewards platform. We display offers from third-party advertising networks (for example, trying an app, reaching a level in a game, or completing a survey). When you complete an offer and the network confirms it, we credit a reward to your account balance. Joining and completing offers is free.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location).
• You may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is grounds for suspension.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.

3. Rewards, holds, and reversals

• Rewards are shown in your account balance and have no cash value until withdrawn.
• Newly earned rewards are held for a review period before they become withdrawable, to allow advertisers time to confirm the offer.
• Advertisers and networks may reverse a reward if an offer was not genuinely completed or violated the offer's rules. We may correspondingly adjust your balance.
• Earnings vary by offer and availability and are not guaranteed.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Using bots, automation, emulators, VPNs/proxies, or incentivized-fraud techniques.
• Creating multiple accounts or completing offers you do not genuinely use.
• Attempting to forge, replay, or manipulate offer completions or postbacks.

We may withhold rewards, suspend, or close accounts that engage in fraud or abuse, and may reverse affected balances.

5. Payouts

You may request a payout once your withdrawable balance reaches the minimum threshold displayed in the Service. Payouts are made via the methods we support (such as PayPal or gift cards). We may require identity verification before processing a payout.

6. Third-party offers

Offers are provided by third parties. Perkadyx is not affiliated with, and is not responsible for, the products, apps, or services behind those offers. Your interactions with advertisers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perkadyx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
